The club’s scholarship auction was very successful. The auction raises money to fund the club’s American Numismatic Association Summer Seminar Scholarship.
The auction was called by professional auctioneer Lindsey Goff. He’s the owner of Silver Eagles Coins & Collectibles, Conyers, Georgia. Everyone enjoyed pizza, soft drinks, and desserts provided by the club.
All 108 lots were sold, raising $3,070 plus an additional $140 in cash donations. This was an $600 increase of over last year’s auction. A huge thank you to everyone that donated lots and participated in the auction.
