In a letter to the ANA YNs about the auction, ANA Education Director Ron Gillis answers a few questions about the auction:
Q. When will the auction take place?
A. The auction will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2015. The auction will begin at 10 AM Mountain Time. (12 PM on the east coast and 9 AM on the west coast.)
Q. Who can participate?
A. All ANA Young Numismatists who have earned YN dollars.
VERY IMPORTANT! You should send in your YN dollar submissions. All submissions must be received by Monday, September 7th. Should you have questions about how to earn YN dollars or how to send a submission for them, please click here.
Q. Are YN dollars the only way auction items can be paid for?
Q. Do I need to register for the auction?
A. Yes, information about how to register will appear on Money.org.
Q. How will I know what items are in the auction?
A. The auction catalog is now online at Money.org. In addition, we’ve also created a Pinterest board with all 100 auction lots.
