As you probably know by now, our club Holiday-Christmas Party has been rescheduled for 6:00 p.m., Sunday, February 18.
Please note the earlier time and Sunday date. Remember to bring door prize donations.
Your tickets are still good for the event and the location stays the same at the Cross Creek Cafe. If you have tickets and are not attending the party, please notify one of the club officers by this Saturday’s meeting, February 3. Tickets are still available if you can now make the new date. But, you need to either pay at the February 3 meeting or, if you can’t make the meeting, let one of the officers know by Tuesday night, February 6 how many adults and children (age 10 and under) will be attending and commit to paying for your tickets at the party.
We need to give the cafe’s management an accurate attendee count several days before the event and we will be billed for that number of attendees even if there are no-shows.
Ticket prices are:
MCCA Members:
Adults (and one guest) – $30 each
YNs (age 10 and under) – $7.50
YNs (over 10) – $15
Non-Members:
Adults – $38
YNs (age 10 and under) – $15
YNs (over 10) – $30
By vote of the attendees at the last meeting, the menu has been changed to:

Icing / Chocolate Frosted Brownies
Gold and silver guess winner(s) will be announced at that time and we will have the usual gold and silver lottery prizes and your donation prizes.
As previously announced, there will be a special opportunity available only for party attendees. Rick and Susan Cremering have graciously donated a weekend of the winner’s choice at Yonah South Cabin in North Georgia. The cabin can accommodate a large family group and has an extensive play area for kids, outside fire pit, sauna, hot tub, grill area, screened rocking porch and a gold panning creek.
Tickets for a chance to win the Yonah South Cabin weekend will be sold at the party with all proceeds going to the club. Tickets are $10 each or 3 chances for $20.
